WINTER OPERA SAINT LOUIS
Winter Opera Saint Louis General Director Gina Galati and worldrenowned tenor Jorge Pita Carreras performed operatic selections
from the company’s upcoming ninth season to a sold-out crowd
during its annual fall gala hosted by Dominic’s Trattoria (owned
by Gina’s parents, Jackie and Giovanni Galati). Following their
performance, guests dined on a sumptuous, four-course authentic
Italian dinner intertwined with a silent and oral auction. The festive
partygoers included Winter Opera Board Chair Nancy Pillsbury and
her husband, Carl, along with Don and Mary Pillsbury Wainwright,
Lu Barnes, George and Melissa Paz.
