Olivia Bennington and Scott Saboff tied the
knot on Saturday, Sept. 12 at St. Boniface
Catholic Church, followed by a dinner and
reception at Sunset Hills Country Club, both
in Edwardsville, Illinois.
The couple’s formal nuptials featured black
and white tuxes with red accents. Olivia
wore a gorgeous crystal-embroidered
Mori Lee gown with sweetheart neckline
and cathedral train. She “borrowed” her
mother’s cathedral-length veil, and accented
her updo with a sparkling tiara. The flower
girl wore a lace-tiered dress, sewn by Olivia’s
grandmother that Olivia herself wore as a
flower girl at her cousin’s wedding 21 years
ago.
Guests were greeted at the country club
with a red carpet and backdrop to create
a visual guest book. The three-layer cake
and St. Louis Cardinal’s groom’s cake were
displayed on the dance floor before the bride
and groom arrived. Dinner and dancing
followed with Olivia and Scott surrounded
by a crowd of family and friends.
