Gazelle : What do you do to relax and find your center in the midst of running a successful business ? Louisa : I ’ ve realized over the past two years the importance of finding relaxation and balance . Alessandra and I try to create a work and life balance by trying not to discuss work-related issues after hours , and we find time to exercise together . Our office is located in the Flatiron District in New York City , which is the capital of fitness startup studios . We have a lot of fun blowing off steam at boxing classes or boot camps . We like to try new things . Because we have such high energy - all day , every day - I sometimes find peace in shutting down my brain and listening to podcasts or watching Netflix with my husband .
