It is safe to say July is not always the easiest month to shop . It ’ s that awkward transition month where designers start releasing their fall collections , while we are just reaching the peak of summer . If you are anything like me , your self control becomes completely ambushed while shopping , and you make the impractical decision to purchase that must-have sweater , only to have it sit in your closet .
While it makes for a nice surprise when fall comes around , and you remember you bought it , it doesn ’ t quite help the “ I have nothing to wear ” situation you are currently facing . The secret is to pick a style that is fitting for the current season , and then choose a color that is on-trend for the following season .
