ately, HGTV is giving us more excitement than the “Real
Housewives” franchise.
First, hot couple Tarek and Christina El Moussa blew
up the internet when it was announced that they were
splitting up as a couple, prompting viewers to fear the
demise of “Flip or Flop Los Angeles.” Then our Texas favorites, Chip
and Joanna Gaines, announced their departure from “Fixer Upper.”
And now - adding some more spice to the mix - exes-turned-
business-partners DeRon Jenkins and Page Turner are sharing their real

estate and home renovation expertise on “Flip or Flop Nashville.” In the
season premiere, Turner surprises Jenkins by purchasing a partially
renovated house in an in-demand neighborhood. Obviously, being in
business together also requires some level of compromise.
“I can’t believe Page bought this house without telling me,” Jenkins
said. “That’s probably why we broke up!”
