WOMEN WE LOVE
LEARN TO LOVE
YOURSELF
By Le’Quita Watson
As a woman, sometimes your weight may
vary. I know I have had challenges trying to
maintain a particular size myself. I’ve been
every size from ten to sixteen. Currently,
I’m a size fourteen, but an extra pound or
two doesn’t stop a party!
You’ve just got to keep it MOVING, and
be determined to be healthy and stay
healthy. I don’t smoke, drink or yo-yo diet.
Dieting is temporary, but a lifestyle change
is for life. A few of my daily practices are
multi-vitamins; I drink a glass of water
before some of my meals (it fills you up
faster and you consume less calories);
and I incorporate fruits and veggies by
blending them into a smoothie. I mainly
stay balanced physically, mentally and
emotionally through exercise, daily prayer
and meditation.

Whatever your health challenges are, the
most important thing is that you LOVE YOU,
and that you love you from the inside out,
starting with nutrition. Everyone is not meant
to be the same size, but we ARE all meant to
care for and to embrace our bodies.
