Pink Ribbon Teas
he Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis’ popular Saturday Afternoon
Tea will take on a decidedly pink twist this month, when
the hotel supports breast cancer patients through a series
of four special Pink Ribbon Teas.
Net proceeds from the annual nonprofit teas will
benefit the locally based Gateway to Hope - a breast cancer lifeline with
the mission of providing assistance for in-need individuals who are
diagnosed with or are at high risk of developing breast cancer. Dates for
this year’s Saturday tea are Oct. 6, 13, 20 and 27, when Afternoon Tea will
transform into Pink Ribbon Tea, with finger sandwiches, freshly baked
scones and sweet treats created or garnished in pink. Pink Champagne
will be available for those wishing to upgrade to the “royal” version of tea.

can also celebrate a loved one, survivor or patient by leaving a personalized
pink ribbon on a pink ribbon tree, which will be prominently displayed in
the hotel lobby throughout October.

will offer its annual Pink Ribbons and Sweet Dreams weekend overnight
package during October, highlighted with luxury accommodations,
breakfast for two, Pink Ribbons and Sweet Dreams turndown service,
including a chef-designed pink amenity, and pink ribbons for guests to
personalize and display on the hotel lobby’s pink ribbon tree. Cost for the
tea is $59 for adults; $39 for children. For reservations, call (314) 719-1433.
