The event, held at three West County Center restaurants, raised $130,000 to help the organization’s efforts in assisting families in crisis. Gazelle’s own Cillah Hall was among the “celebrity waitstaff.” The evening’s top “waiter” was Col. David Todd, St. Charles County Police chief, who raised $50,000. 2 3 1 4 66 GAZELLE
