uests have until Nov. 19 to experience a wine and burger pairing like no other: The
lounge at Clayton's new Capital Grille is offering three Wagyu burgers paired with
one of three hand-selected wines from the esteemed Wagner winemakers.
For $25, diners can enjoy a gourmet Wagyu burger, along with a glass of one
of three prestigious wines, typically available exclusively by the bottle: Caymus
Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley), Belle Glos Las Alturas Pinot Noir (Santa Lucia Highlands)
and Emmolo Merlot (Napa Valley). These exceptional wines were hand-selected by The Capital
Grille’s advanced sommelier Brian Phillips to pair perfectly with the burgers.
The Capital Grille is located in Clayton at the corner of Hanley Road and Carondelet Avenue.
