For the ninth year in a row , diners simply go to a participating restaurant , and order from a special dining menu for either $ 25 or $ 35 per person , plus tip and tax . It is a great opportunity to indulge at a favorite eatery , or experience one of Clayton ’ s new additions . Louis native and former chef de cuisine at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York , Michael Gallina , came back to his roots to open Vicia with his wife , Tara , former service captain at Blue Hill . Vicia is being touted nationally as one of the best new food establishments in the country , focusing on great service , wood-fired cooking and vegetables .
