THE NEW TERMINAL FOR YOUR
COMFORT & CONVENIENCE
On August 9, 2016, Garuda Indonesia
moved its entire domestic flight operations
from Terminal 2 to the New Terminal 3.
Garuda Indonesia is also planning to move
its international flight operations to
the New Terminal 3.
Known as the New Terminal 3,
the modern and sophisticated facility was
built to relieve overcrowding at SoekarnoHatta International Airport and make Jakarta
a leading Southeast Asian hub in comparison
to the high-capacity airports at Bangkok,
Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
Moving our operations to the New Terminal 3
represent a part of the various efforts of
Garuda Indonesia to continuously improve
our service to passengers.
The drop-off areas for domestic flights at
the New Terminal 3 are located on the second
floor at Gate 4 and 5. From there you can
continue on to the check-in at one of 3 areas:
D, E or F. While waiting for departure, First
Class and Business Class passengers, as well
as GarudaMiles Platinum, Gold, EC+, and
SkyTeam Elite-Plus members, can enjoy the
lounges available at the Mezzanine floor.
