My photographic philosophy has always been about letting the experiences I have while travelling the world to wild and exotic places guide me and the decisions I make about what, how and when to take out the camera to record what I see and feel at the time. I try to take a three-dimensional, multisensory experience and reduce it to a purely visual, two- dimensional medium. I’m above the clouds just after sunset, and I used a long exposure to render the moving clouds as a rolling sea. While the horizon still held the warm sunset colours, the clouds reflected the twilight blue sky, giving the scene a powerful colour temperature contrast. Saya berada di lokasi yang tinggi tepat setelah matahari terbenam, dan menggunakan long exposure untuk membuat awan bergerak seperti ombak laut.
