Garuda Indonesia / News Garuda Indonesia Laksanakan Operasional Haji Garuda Indonesia Launches Annual Hajj Operations Garuda Indonesia is set to welcome the 2019 (1440 H) Hajj travel season. This year, it has prepared 14 wide-body aircraft following the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Hajj air transportation by the CEO of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Ari Askhara and Hajj Operations Directorate General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Prof. H. Nizar at the end of March 2019. This year, Garuda Indonesia will fly approximately 104,000 Hajj members from nine embarkation points consisting of 267 groups from across the archipelago. Garuda Indonesia menyiapkan 14 pesawat berbadan lebar untuk pelaksanaan operasional haji tahun 2019 (1440 H), menyusul penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) mengenai pengadaan transportasi udara penyelenggaraan haji oleh Direktur Utama PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., Ari Askhara, dan Dirjen Penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia Prof. H. Nizar, pada akhir Maret 2019.
