offices around the world or through
cooperating travel agents.
Booking tickets ahead of time allows you the
opportunity to enjoy special rates and offers.
It is for the convenience of all of our valued
customers that we also advise you to book
tickets before arriving at the airport for a
smooth journey and in order to avoid delays.
In accordance with the new policy
(HK.209/I/16PHB.2014 on Improving Public
Service at Airports Across Indonesia) issued
by the Ministry of Transportation of the
Republic of Indonesia to gradually close
ticket sales counters located in passenger
terminals, Garuda Indonesia will halt its
ticket sales service at Soekarno-Hatta
International Airport in Jakarta and
Kualanamu International Airport in
Medan on March 1, 2015.
From March 1, 2015, onward the ticket sales
counters at both airports will be converted
into customer service counters to conduct
fare adjustments, rescheduling, refunds
and cancellations, as well as to provide
information and take complaints.
To accommodate customers who arrive
at the airport without a ticket, Garuda
Indonesia will provide a telephone and
computer centre at the new customer
service counters at both airports to assist
passengers in making ticket reservations.

pengguna jasa Garuda Indonesia dalam
hal pelayanan dan penerbangan, Garuda
Indonesia menyediakan berbagai akses untuk
memesan tiket pesawat, di antaranya melalui
sistem daring (online) pada www.garudaindonesia.com, Call Center Garuda Indonesia
24 jam pada nomor 021 2351 9999 atau 0804 1
807 807, kantor penjualan Garuda Indonesia
atau melalui agen perjalanan Anda.
Pemesanan tiket di awal waktu memberikan
Anda kesempatan untuk menikmati harga
dan penawaran khusus. Untuk kenyamanan
Anda, kami menyarankan agar tiket sudah
dipesan sebelum tiba di bandara sehingga
perjalanan Anda menjadi lebih lancar dan
terhindar dari penundaan penerbangan.
Sehubungan dengan kebijakan baru yang
dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Perhubungan
Republik Indonesia (HK.209/I/16PHB.2014
tentang Peningkatan Pelayanan Publik di
Bandar Udara Seluruh Indonesia) untuk
menutup loket penjualan tiket penerbangan
di gedung terminal penumpang secara
bertahap, Garuda Indonesia akan menutup
loket penjualan tiket penerbangan yang
berada di Bandara Internasional SoekarnoHatta dan Bandara Internasional Kualanamu
Medan, terhitung 1 Maret 2015.
Berkaitan dengan hal itu, lokasi loket
penjualan tiket Garuda Indonesia di kedua
bandara tersebut akan dialihfungsikan
menjadi customer service counter untuk
melayani proses fare adjustment, pengembalian
dan pembatalan (refund and cancellation),
penyesuaian jadwal penerbangan (reschedule),
serta informasi dan aduan. Namun demikian,
untuk mengakomodasi para pengguna jasa
yang belum memiliki tiket, Garuda Indonesia
menyediakan telephone centre dan beberapa
perangkat komputer di customer service
counter baru di kedua bandara tersebut
untuk membantu penumpang yang hendak
melakukan pemesanan tiket.
