ROCKS MARKET
The setting of this market couldn’t
be better: sandwiched between historic
sandstone buildings in The Rocks
district, dwarfed by the harbour bridge,
and surrounded by pubs and restaurants.
Graceful yellow sun sails add a nautical
feel to market stalls, which specialise
in handicrafts, historic photographs,
Aboriginal art, homewares and souvenirs.
The quality is generally high, and buskers
entertain the browsers as they wander
through the stalls. www.therocks.com
Lokasi pasar ini sungguh sempurna:
berada di antara bangunan-bangunan
bersejarah di distrik The Rocks, di bawah
Harbour Bridge, dan dikelilingi oleh banyak
pub dan restoran. Tenda-tenda unik berwarna
kuning menambah kesan bahari pada
kios-kios yang khusus menjual kerajinan
tangan, foto-foto bersejarah, kesenian
Aborigin, barang rumah tangga, dan suvenir.
Kualitas barang-barang tersebut lumayan
tinggi, dan para seniman jalanan menghibur
setiap orang yang berjalan dari kios ke kios.
