INDONESIAN SIGNATURE DISHES
Mulai 1 Februari 2019, seluruh penerbangan
kami menghidangkan 15 pilihan makanan khas
Indonesia yang tersedia pada saat sarapan,
santap siang, santap malam serta pada waktu
selingan (refreshment). Pilihan menu signature
dish terbagi menjadi 5 cycle yang akan dirotasi
dan diganti setiap tiga hari sekali.

Garuda Indonesia presents
exceptional Indonesian
signature dishes by creating a
variety of menus of Indonesian
culinary that can be relished
by the passengers on its flights.
From February 1, 2019, all Garuda Indonesia
flights are serving 15 selections of Indonesian
signature dishes, available at breakfast, lunch,
dinner and in between these meals
(refreshment). The menu choice is divided into
five cycles that will be rotated and replaced
every three days.
The choice for breakfast includes:
(1) Nasi Goreng Spesial served with
sautéed balado (stir-fried ground red hot
chilli pepper with other spices) shrimp,
butter-fried chicken and a sunny-side-up egg;
(2) Nasi Liwet Solo, complete with shredded
chicken, pindang egg (herb-infused boiled egg)
and chayote; (3) Nasi Krawu, white rice served
with shredded meat, tempe bacem (tempeh
seasoned with palm sugar), serundeng (fried
coconut flakes) and sautéed green beans; (4)
Nasi Uduk Betawi with meat stew, balado egg,
orek tempe (sautéed tempeh with sweet soy
sauce), anchovies and peanuts; and (5) Nasi
Tutug Oncom, white rice mixed with grilled
oncom and spices, served with Bandung grilled
chicken, fried potato and shrimp chilli paste
and scrambled green beans.
Meanwhile, there are various appetising
choices for lunch and dinner to accompany
your flight, such as (1) Nasi Campur Bali, white
rice served with various meats and vegetables;
(2) Nasi Rendang Padang, complete with a
balado egg, cassava leaf curry and green chilli
paste; (3) Nasi Kuning Nusantara, yellow rice
with chicken in rujak sauce, orek tempe and
scrambled vegetables; (4) Nasi Pesmol Ikan,
white rice served with ikan pesmol (fish in
yellow sauce), orek tempe and lodeh vegetable
soup; (5) Nasi Gudeg Jogja, with opor ayam
(chicken cooked in coconut milk), pindang egg,
krecek (beef skin), chilli paste and of course
gudeg nangka (unripe jack fruit stewed
with coconut milk).
For refreshment, the selections will also
make your mouth-watering. They are
Lontong Medan, Nasi Kuning Manado, Nasi
Langgi, Nasi Ulam and Lontong Sate Ayam.
The 15 Indonesian signature dishes can be
enjoyed by passengers in first class, business
class and economy class.

Nusantara dengan membuat beberapa menu
hasil kreasi dari kuliner khas Indonesia yang
dapat dinikmati oleh pelanggannya dalam
penerbangan.
Beberapa menu untuk sarapan di antaranya:
(1) Nasi Goreng Spesial yang disajikan dengan
tumis udang balado, ayam goreng mentega dan
telur mata sapi, (2) Nasi Liwet Solo, lengkap
dengan ayam suwir, telur pindang serta sayur
labu, (3) Nasi Krawu, nasi putih yang disajikan
dengan daging suwir, tempe bacem, serundeng
dan tumis kacang panjang, (4) Nasi Uduk
Betawi dengan semur daging, telur balado,
orek tempe dan teri kacang, (5) Nasi Tutug
Oncom, nasi putih dicampur dengan oncom
bakar dan rempah-rempah, disajikan dengan
ayam bakar Bandung, sambal goreng udang
kentang dan orak arik buncis.
Sementara itu, beragam pilihan menu santap
siang dan santap malam yang menggugah
selera juga siap menemani penerbangan Anda,
seperti: (1) Nasi Campur Bali, nasi putih yang
disajikan dengan aneka daging dan sayuran,
(2) Nasi Rendang Padang, lengkap dengan
telur balado, gulai daun singkong dan sambal
hijau, (3) Nasi Kuning Nusantara, nasi kuning
dengan ayam bumbu rujak, orek tempe dan
orak arik sayur, (4) Nasi Pesmol Ikan, yaitu nasi
putih yang disajikan dengan pesmol ikan, orek
tempe dan sayur lodeh, (5) Nasi Gudeg Jogja,
lengkap dengan opor ayam, telur pindang,
sambal krecek dan tentunya gudeg nangka.
Menu selingan pun tak kalah menggiurkan.
Pilihannya adalah Lontong Medan, Nasi
Kuning Manado, Nasi Langgi, Nasi Ulam
dan Lontong Sate Ayam.
Ke-15 hidangan ini bisa dinikmati oleh
penumpang First Class, Business Class
dan Economy Class.
