iPhone Photography
I’ve been carrying an iPhone
around in my pocket since 2005.
I generally used it for checking emails,
playing games, making calls and
taking the occasional photograph.

Saya selalu mengantongi iPhone
sejak tahun 2005. Ponsel ini biasanya
saya gunakan untuk mengecek
surel, bermain games, menelepon
dan sesekali untuk memotret.

Owning multiple iPhones over the last decade has
taught me a lot about the device’s camera flexibility.
However, in truth I wasn’t very pleased with its
functionality until after the iPhone 4. But I have always
loved the fact that mobile photography is discreet and
non-invasive. My iPhone is always in my pocket and
it allows me constant opportunities to gain a better
perspective of the environment I’m in, capture a
moment and instantly share it with friends and family.
And now as mobile technology becomes more and
more advanced, the possibilities of creating striking,
beautiful images with your phone are endless.

Memiliki sejumlah iPhone dalam kurun waktu
10 tahun banyak mengajarkan saya tentang
fleksibilitas, khususnya kamera. Walau sebenarnya,
saya tak terlalu puas dengan fitur ponsel ini hingga
iPhone 4. Tetapi saya tetap menyukai fotografi ponsel
karena terasa ringkas dan non-invasif. Saya selalu
membawa iPhone ini di saku agar tak melewatkan
kesempatan untuk mengabadikan sebuah momen,
kemudian membagikannya kepada kerabat dan teman.
Kini teknologi ponsel sudah lebih maju, kesempatan
untuk menciptakan gambar-gambar indah melalui
ponsel pun semakin tak terbatas.

Paris, France
This photo was taken from my hotel room
on a beautiful summer’s day in Paris, France.
The photograph only captures a small cropping
of the Eiffel Tower yet still captures the soul of the city
for me. Paris is a city of wonders. To increase my zoom
length I used an Olloclip Telephoto lens made
for iPhone 5. If you’re a mobile photographer,
Paris is a must-visit location.

Foto ini diambil dari kamar hotel saya saat musim
panas di Paris, Perancis. Gambar Menara Eiffel memang
hanya tampak sedikit, namun bagi saya foto ini tetap
dapat menangkap aura kota ini. Paris adalah kota yang
penuh keajaiban. Guna memperbesar jangkauan
gambar, saya menggunakan lensa Olloclip Telephoto
untuk iPhone 5. Jika Anda adalah fotografer yang suka
pelesir, Paris adalah lokasi yang wajib dikunjungi.
