July 15, 2014 Garuda Indonesia receives ‘The World’s Best Cabin Crew’ award from Skytrax. 2009 Garuda Indonesia acquires new aircraft with new livery, including the Airbus A330-200 and Boeing 737-800NG, complete with Audio Video on Demand (AVoD ) in-flight entertainment, and introduces the ‘Garuda Indonesia Experience’ service concept. 2010 Garuda Indonesia is recognised as a ‘4-Star Airline’ and ‘The World’s Most Improved Airline’ by Skytrax.
