Garuda Indonesia telah meluncurkan layanan baru bernama GarudaPriority Service , sebuah konsep layanan premium yang dimulai sebelum hingga selesainya perjalanan bersama Garuda Indonesia untuk menambah kenyamanan pelanggan .
Saat ini GarudaPriority Service sudah dapat dinikmati oleh Nasabah BNI Emerald segmen Priority dan Private Banking di Terminal 3 domestik dan internasional Soekarno Hatta . Selanjutnya layanan ini direncanakan dapat juga dinikmati di Bandara Juanda-Surabaya , Bandara Sepinggan-Balikpapan , Bandara Kualanamu-Medan , serta Bandara Ngurah Rai-Bali .
GarudaPriority Service : a privilege for BNI Emerald customers
Garuda Indonesia has launched its new GarudaPriority Service , a premium service concept that caters for passengers , from their pre- to their post-flight journey with Garuda Indonesia , to ensure maximum comfort .
Currently , the GarudaPriority Service can be enjoyed by BNI Emerald Priority and Private banking account holders at the domestic and international departure halls in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Terminal 3 . In the future , the airline plans to roll out the programme at other airports , namely Juanda International Airport in Surabaya , Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan International Airport in Balikpapan , Kualanamu International Airport in Medan , as well as at the Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali .
With this programme partnership between BNI and the GarudaPriority Service , BNI Emerald account holders with economy tickets will be able to enjoy the same Garuda Indonesia premium privileges currently enjoyed by Business Class passengers or GarudaMiles Platinum and GarudaMiles Gold members , such as :
