This year, in conjunction with Indonesia’s
72 nd anniversary as a nation, SEVENFRIDAY
unveils the exclusive P2B/05 EDISI
INDONESIA, in a limited edition of 72
pieces. Based on SEVENFRIDAY’s original
model, the P-Series, the design of the P2B/05
incorporates two of the most important
cultural legacies of the land, keris and batik,
a respectful nod to Indonesia’s rich heritage
and history as the country grows in stature
on the world stage.
Keris, whose name derives from the old
Javanese term ngiris, is a symbolic weapon
whose blade, with its distinctive pamor
pattern, provides the inspiration for the dial
of the watch, which is in fact crafted out of
Damascus steel so as to mimi
