management, we would like to welcome

pleasant journey. options for our customers in making their
dream travels a reality with a five-star airline
that is served by the world’s best cabin crew
at a competitive price.
As part of our efforts to expand our flight
network, especially our international routes,
we will be launching a new Denpasar–
Mumbai direct service on April 23, 2018.
At first, the Denpasar–Mumbai route will
be served twice weekly. We will then
increase its frequency to three times
weekly at the end of May. All flights serving
this new route will utilise the A330-200
aircraft with 36 Business Class seats and
186 Economy Class seats. In addition, this April we are, together with
our partners, introducing Sedekah Umrah,
a company charity initiative that allows our
customers to donate by redeeming their
mileage. With this initiative, we hope to help
the less fortunate to carry out their Islamic
pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Donations can

Meanwhile, to expand our domestic route,
we launched a new direct service connecting
Ambon–Baubau in March. This new route
will open up access to more remote
destinations that hold high business and
tourism potential. We will be flying Ambon–
Baubau twice weekly, using the ATR 72-600
aircraft with a capacity of 70 seats.
This April, we will be organising
Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair (GATF) 2018
Phase I across 29 major Indonesian cities.
Through this series of travel fairs, which are
organised with a one-stop shopping concept
in mind, we hope to provide convenient
