GARUDA INDONESIA LAUNCHES ITS 91 ST CSC IN MENARA , HALIM

GARUDA INDONESIA RECEIVES GOLD CHAMPION AWARD

Flag carrier Garuda Indonesia officially launched its 91 st Cargo Service Center ( CSC ) at Gedung Menara , Jalan Raya Halim Perdanakusuma , East Jakarta , on February 22 , 2018 . The Cargo Service Center was established in a partnership between Garuda Indonesia and PT International Support through a Kerja Sama Operasi ( Operational Partnership / KSO ) mechanism . Customers are now no longer required to drop off their cargo at the airport and can simply opt for a drop-off at the CSC outlet . Cargo will subsequently be sent to its recipient using the Go Express service .
“ With the CSC at Menara , Halim , we hope to strengthen the network of national cargo flight services operated by Garuda Indonesia , especially with the Halim Perdanakusuma location in East Jakarta , which connects various domestic routes ,” Cargo Director at PT Garuda Indonesia ( Persero ) Tbk . Sigit Muhartono said during the CSC Menara , Halim , launch event , which was also attended by PT International Support Director Trie Maulana .

Ini merupakan hasil kerja sama Garuda Indonesia dengan PT International Support melalui mekanisme pengelolaan Kerja Sama Operasi ( KSO ). Kini , paket tidak perlu dibawa ke bandara , melainkan ke outlet CSC . Paket akan dikirim ke alamat penerima menggunakan layanan Go Express .
“ Hadirnya CSC Menara Halim , kami harapkan dapat semakin memperkuat jaringan layanan kargo udara nasional yang dilayani Garuda Indonesia , terlebih karena di Jakarta Timur terdapat Bandara Halim Perdanakusuma yang menghubungkan berbagai rute penerbangan domestik ,” kata Direktur Cargo PT Garuda Indonesia ( Persero ) Tbk ., Sigit Muhartono , di acara peresmian CSC Menara Halim yang juga dihadiri Direktur PT International Support Trie Maulana .
Garuda Indonesia , through its # AyoLiburan campaign , was granted the Gold Champion Award at the WOW Brand Festive Day 2018 organised by MarkPlus , Inc . The award was received by Marketing and Information Technology Director at PT Garuda Indonesia ( Persero ) Tbk . Nina Sulistyowati during an award ceremony held at Raffles Jakarta on March 8 , 2018 .
The award was based on research conducted by MarkPlus Insight in early 2018 , which included Garuda Indonesia and involved 5,800 respondents across several big cities in Indonesia . Subsequently , MarkPlus conducted a rating system based on the Brand Advocacy Ratio ( BAR ) concept to measure the company ’ s ability to shift brand awareness among its audience to brand advocacy . Garuda Indonesia was rated as the airline selected by most respondents based on recommendations from its customers .

Garuda Indonesia , melalui kampanye # AyoLiburan , berhasil meraih Gold Champion Award di ajang WOW Brand Festive 2018 yang diprakarsai oleh MarkPlus , Inc . Penghargaan ini diterima oleh Direktur Marketing dan Teknologi Informasi PT Garuda Indonesia ( Persero ) Tbk ., Nina Sulistyowati , di acara penganugerahan yang diadakan di Hotel Raffles , Jakarta , pada 8 Maret 2018 .
Sebelumnya , pada awal 2018 , MarkPlus Insight , selaku penyelenggara , melakukan riset terhadap sekitar 5.800 responden di sejumlah kota besar di Indonesia , termasuk Garuda Indonesia . Kemudian dilakukan pemeringkatan berdasarkan konsep Brand Advocacy Ratio ( BAR ) untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan mengubah brand awareness menjadi brand advocacy . Garuda Indonesia dinilai sebagai maskapai yang paling banyak dipilih berdasarkan rekomendasi para pengguna jasa .
