Jonny Hooker likes to gamble on the ice . It ’ s not surprising since most gifted goal scorers do that . However , Hooker wasn ’ t going to gamble with his hockey career . While many thought he took a big chance leaving AAA Midget to play for the RHA Nationals , Hooker knew from Day 1 that this was a calculated decision designed to make him a better hockey player .
