HAPPY HOCKEY HOLIDAYS!
THE HOLIDAYS ARE UPON US and that means more great hockey tournaments than you
can shake a brand new composite stick at. Oh, yeah, and I guess there’s Santa and all that
stuff. Sure, I’m all in for that, too, but, hey, it’s about hockey, isn’t it?
There is plenty of Holiday Hockey to go around and we here at Game On, Manitoba’s
Hockey Magazine, are thrilled to be involved with the Winnipeg Jets Challenge Cup
Tournament at the Bell MTS Iceplex.
This is our final edition of 2017. In late January, the first edition of Year 6 will be
published. It’s amazing to think we’re entering our sixth season. We have been blessed by
the support of dozens of advertisers and our long-term partners who appear at the bottom
of the two pages you’re reading. Please support them in every way you can. Without those
people, we could not bring you the Manitoba hockey stories that just don’t get published
anywhere else.
So have a great Holiday Season and if you celebrate it, have a very Merry Christmas. We’re
grateful for all the good things that have happened to us here at Game On in 2017 and we’re
looking forward to even bigger and better things in 2018. Now, let’s get to the rink.
