Logan Angers
Anika Curtis is completely fearless
WHY WE LOVE THIS GAME Meet Anika Curtis . She ’ s 12 and is playing her first year of “ organized ” hockey in the three-on-three league at the Winnipeg Winter Club . According to her father Spencer , “ She just loves the game .”
“ She skated a few years ago and did a year-or-two of figure skating so she ’ s pretty good within the group ,” said her dad . “ And it seems she ’ s completely fearless . She has chosen to ignore the no bodychecking rule . LOL ! You should just see her out there . It ’ s her first year and she loves it .” That picture is why we love this game .
