juggle his high school life
with his status as a
superhero, as he is
introduced to the "Spider-
Verse" where there can be
more than one Spider-Man.

James Cameron and Jon Landau, ALITA Battle
Angel is set several centuries in the future, where
the abandoned Alita (played by the talented Rosa
Salazar) is found in the scrapyard of Iron City by Ido,
a compassionate cyber-doctor who takes the
unconscious cyborg Alita to his clinic. When Alita
awakens, she has no memory of who she is, nor
does she have any recognition of the world she finds
herself in. As Alita learns to navigate her new life and
the treacherous streets of Iron City, Ido tries to shield
her from her mysterious past.
Hundreds of years after civilization was destroyed
by a cataclysmic event, a mysterious young
woman, Hester Shaw (Hera Hilmar), emerges as
the only one who can stop London — now a giant,
predator city on wheels — from devouring everything
in its path. Who doesn't like an adventurous tale
starring Hugo Weaving as the featured antagonist?
Feral, and fiercely driven by the memory of her
mother, Hester joins forces with Tom Natsworthy
(Robert Sheehan), an outcast from London, along
with Anna Fang (Jihae), a dangerous outlaw with a
bounty on her head. Mortal Engines is shaping up to
be a swashbuckling great time for holidays.
Our favorite computer hacker Lisbeth Salander or
as she is popularly known, The Girl with the
Dragon Tattoo is back (this time portrayed by the
talented Claire Foy) and journalist Mikael Blomkvist
find themselves caught in a web of spies, cyber
criminals and corrupt government officials. Based on
the most recent previews it seems Lisbeth is not too
fond of dead beat husbands who beat their wives or
pey on helpless women. In return, Lisbeth's resolve is
undeniable, until her mysterious past comes to the
surface, which might change everything for our tough
as nails goth heroine.
