For myself and my oppositional defiance disorder that seems to crop up at times..............I love small.
There is an intimacy about small that brings me close to the detail but also allows me to step back.....and not become obsessed with them.
These 35mm silver gelatin paper negatives are like treasure to me. Gallery259 and my living spaces are littered with them. I find them beautiful, just as negatives. I have been making contact prints from them as I become more analogue.
In these small things I am amazed all over again at the magic and science of emulsions.
