DRESDEN, GERMANY OCTOBER, 2015 BERLIN WIN HENNESSEY CUP A further instance of the growth of Gaelic Sports in Germany took place recently with the holding of the inaugural Chris Hennessey Cup in Hurling at Dresden. On Saturday, October 24th four teams gathered from Berlin, Darmstadt and Hamburg along with hosts Dresden to battle it out for the first Hennessy Cup at the Ostragehege Sportspark. In all some 42 players were in action in a total of 8 Hurling matches and playing a 9 a-side format.
