Brothers Pearse this time defeated the fancied Kilburn
Gaels by 3-11 to 2-9. Brothers Pearse were next handed
victory by St. Gabriels with a surprise forfeit. Similarly in
Group 1, Robert Emmetts coming back to form this season, beat Cu Chulainns in Round 1 then got a walkover
from Sean Treacy’s. As things would have it Bros. Pearse
and Emmetts had a cup final dress rehearsal last Sunday
in Round 1 of the Div 1 Hurling League with Robert Emmetts gaining a psychological edge with a comfortable
1-16 to 2-6 victory. Will things pan out differently next

SENIOR LEAGUE
Kilburn Gaels had a good start to the league when beating Sean Treacy’s by 2-9 to 0-6, while St. Gabriels continue

Hurling meanwhile, Fr Murphys are on top with two wins
from two, followed by Thomas McCurtains and Fulham
Irish on two points with McCurtains having a game in
hand. In Division 2 football, Heston Gaels and St. Josephs lead the way on 6 points each after three rounds.
Harlesden Harps are also unbeaten on 4 points with a
game in hand.
TAKE THEIR SCORES
London footballers get ready to welcome Cavan for their
Qualifier game in Ruislip on Saturday June 20th. The
team is said to be training well and should see a similar
