LaGrange Police Chief Lou Dekmar was sworn in as the new president of the International Association of Chiefs of Police recently at the IACP Conference in Philadelphia. Rotondo, GACP Executive Director On Tuesday, October 24, 2017, Chief Lou Dekmar, of the LaGrange, Georgia Police Department was sworn in as the President of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). The IACP is the world's largest law enforcement leadership organization. The IACP was founded in 1893 and has 30,000 members from 150 countries.
