All five Board Members were in attendance at the January town hall meeting. Chairman Terry Barnard and Executive Director Chris Barnett addressed all agency employees with updates. Barnett told employees the agency's future direction would be guided by the four "E's" - Enhancing Operations; Engaging Personnel; Educating Community Stakeholders; and Eliciting Active Participation.
