Purchase Order is Received Our inside sales support staff will
confirm all items and send a order acknowledgement. This is to
ensure our customers understand the terms and conditions of our

Drawing Sign Off You will receive a detailed drawing of the product you are ordering. Once the sign off drawings have been approved on then the order will go into production. All delivery times
are started once all information has been cleared and sign off drawings received.

Every G2 product is cleaned , shrink wrapped, palletized , and crated for
shipment. All of this is included in the price of your product. We also
weigh every item shipped, along with taking a picture of the weight scale
showing the actual weight to prevent discrepancy with shipping companies.
