also part of Philanto and Artista
Clubs of GNITS. Participating and
volunteering in these events not
only gave me contentment and
pleasure but also boosted my
confidence. I participated and won
in various TEJASS events
conducted by our department. I
presented a paper on "Super
Capacitors", at Technistea 2K14. I
am currently working on a project
"Fuzzy logic based buck boost
Inverter”. I got placed in
Accenture and Infosys during
campus placements. I draw my
inspiration from all the people I
come across and will always be
grateful to my parents and mentors
for making me what I am today.
After B.Tech, I would like to join
an MNC to explore the corporate
world and in the future I aspire to
be a civil servant. I believe in
having a balance in life. Managing
academics and extracurricular
activities equally helps us become
better individuals and is not too
difficult either. Prioritizing things
and working on them will help us
tackle our life in a better way. This
is a piece of advice I would like to
give my juniors. Try to grab every
opportunity you get and utilize it
at your best, right from your first
year. And this would definitely
make your college life more
enjoyable and memorable.

Getting into GNITS was one of the
best things that has happened to
me so far. Till date I consider
myself lucky to be in GNITS as
this college has given me a
platform to explore wide areas that
helped me learn what I am and
what I can do. It gives me
immense pride to claim that I am a
part of the GNITS throwball team,
was the captain for a year and
received the BEST PLAYER
award in 2014. Being an ICR for
my section since 1st year taught
me multitasking. Knowing that I
could handle more activities in my
schedule, I never hesitated to move
on to be a part of Persona- a
personality development forum and Street Cause while being one of the lead
singers in GNITS Satsang. Having my roots in the
Computers department, I was passionate to participate
in technical activities; I coordinated for IGNIUM, won
a prize under the CSI, gave a paper presentation on
CRYPTOGRAPHY at Technolites'14 at Vardhaman
College. My goal is to get placed in an MNC as of now
but in the near future I would like to end up being an
entrepreneur. I have done an internship at Techfort IT
solutions on basics of Android and application
development. “Your biggest challenger is you
yourself”, is what I learnt from Sir Abdul Kalam. What
I am today is only because of the constant backup from
my family and friends. There is not much difficulty in managing academics
along with the extra-curricular activities, it’s my liking towards these that made
me a part of it. I would like to advise my fellow mates that whatever may be the
situation, you should be willing to face it because WHERE THERE IS A WILL,
THERE IS A WAY.

Technology is the extension of human creativity. I was
always fascinated by software applications and their
working. GNITS was the fuel for my passion. It helped me
work harder and wiser towards it. I am an ISTE Student
Coordinator and was an active participant in IGNIUM
2015. I am also a Firefox Student Ambassador and
conducted an event in college "GNITS App Days" which
taught me leadership and management skills. I have
presented papers on “Mobile Cloud Computing" in NIT
Warangal, "Detection and Prevention of Wormhole Attack
in MANETs using Path Tracing Approach" for which I
was given first prize at CBIT and GNITS. My project
titled "Graph visualization" (web application) which is a tutor, was selected as
one of the best projects of our department. I won various coding contests. I got
selected for JPMC Code for Good Challenge 2015 and made a spot in the top 6
teams in the Challenge. Through the Challenge I got recruited as a Technology
Analyst at JP Morgan Chase. My parents have always been a strong support line
at every step. My sisters always boosted my mental strength and gave their full
support to win in every challenge. My faculty has given the best motivation
.They always encouraged me to take up new challenges and helped me
accomplish them. They always inspired me to learn more about the current
trends in technology. My future plan is to be an entrepreneur and have my own
organization that makes human life much easier. We being women, are known
for multitasking, so handling co-curricular and academics together is not too
difficult. My advice to everyone is to come out of their comfort zones, take up
challenging roles and have an out of the box thinking. If you co
