PEPTALK also part of Philanto and Artista Clubs of GNITS. Participating and volunteering in these events not only gave me contentment and pleasure but also boosted my confidence. I participated and won in various TEJASS events conducted by our department. I presented a paper on "Super Capacitors", at Technistea 2K14. I am currently working on a project "Fuzzy logic based buck boost Inverter”. I got placed in Accenture and Infosys during campus placements. I draw my inspiration from all the people I come across and will always be grateful to my parents and mentors for making me what I am today. After B.Tech, I would like to join an MNC to explore the corporate world and in the future I aspire to be a civil servant. I believe in having a balance in life. Managing academics and extracurricular activities equally helps us become better individuals and is not too difficult either. Prioritizing things and working on them will help us tackle our life in a better way. This is a piece of advice I would like to give my juniors. Try to grab every opportunity you get and utilize it at your best, right from your first year. And this would definitely make your college life more enjoyable and memorable. ALWALA PRATHYUSHA CSE(4/4) Getting into GNITS was one of the best things that has happened to me so far. Till date I consider myself lucky to be in GNITS as this college has given me a platform to explore wide areas that helped me learn what I am and what I can do. It gives me immense pride to claim that I am a part of the GNITS throwball team, was the captain for a year and received the BEST PLAYER award in 2014. Being an ICR for my section since 1st year taught me multitasking. Knowing that I could handle more activities in my schedule, I never hesitated to move on to be a part of Persona- a personality development forum and Street Cause while being one of the lead singers in GNITS Satsang. Having my roots in the Computers department, I was passionate to participate in technical activities; I coordinated for IGNIUM, won a prize under the CSI, gave a paper presentation on CRYPTOGRAPHY at Technolites'14 at Vardhaman College. My goal is to get placed in an MNC as of now but in the near future I would like to end up being an entrepreneur. I have done an internship at Techfort IT solutions on basics of Android and application development. “Your biggest challenger is you yourself”, is what I learnt from Sir Abdul Kalam. What I am today is only because of the constant backup from my family and friends. There is not much difficulty in managing academics along with the extra-curricular activities, it’s my liking towards these that made me a part of it. I would like to advise my fellow mates that whatever may be the situation, you should be willing to face it because WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY. NAUSHEEN FATHIMA (IT- 4/4) Technology is the extension of human creativity. I was always fascinated by software applications and their working. GNITS was the fuel for my passion. It helped me work harder and wiser towards it. I am an ISTE Student Coordinator and was an active participant in IGNIUM 2015. I am also a Firefox Student Ambassador and conducted an event in college "GNITS App Days" which taught me leadership and management skills. I have presented papers on “Mobile Cloud Computing" in NIT Warangal, "Detection and Prevention of Wormhole Attack in MANETs using Path Tracing Approach" for which I was given first prize at CBIT and GNITS. My project titled "Graph visualization" (web application) which is a tutor, was selected as one of the best projects of our department. I won various coding contests. I got selected for JPMC Code for Good Challenge 2015 and made a spot in the top 6 teams in the Challenge. Through the Challenge I got recruited as a Technology Analyst at JP Morgan Chase. My parents have always been a strong support line at every step. My sisters always boosted my mental strength and gave their full support to win in every challenge. My faculty has given the best motivation .They always encouraged me to take up new challenges and helped me accomplish them. They always inspired me to learn more about the current trends in technology. My future plan is to be an entrepreneur and have my own organization that makes human life much easier. We being women, are known for multitasking, so handling co-curricular and academics together is not too difficult. My advice to everyone is to come out of their comfort zones, take up challenging roles and have an out of the box thinking. If you co
