receive an acceptance letter to go to New York. "I told my mom, you have to go with me. It's not with the school. It's something my teacher found out about and she told me about it. So we went and it was an amazing time. Our practice was at Radio City Music Hall, but the actual performance was at Carnegie Hall. I remember that being something huge. I didn't realize that singing would be a big part of my life," said Sharon.

From that point, the talented Sharon Roshell learned all about the techniques of singing, having control, breathing and all of the things which she uses now, to bring a deliverence of passion and power through her music. Sharon told us, although she doesn't use choral now, she still uses the same techniques when singing gospel music.

Sharon and her husband, who is a worship leader and minister, currently reside in Louisville, Kentucky. The couple started a non-profit organization called Fuego Corporation, where they do sessions and prayers for families. "We believe we are called to minister to families. That's a huge part of what we do. I believe my music has set me up to do what I love, people. I want to push the music so my realm of influence can be greater, so I can serve more. I love to see people, who are gifted in certain areas, use their art to do more and reach more, not just say I have a nice voice or "Hey, I can dance," or I can speak," but "Hey, this opens me up so that I can do more and reach more." Like the bible says, "Without love, we have nothing," Sharon said.
