SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER To become a special education teacher you have to study in University 4-6 years. Children who you teach are autistic or disabled children. The best in this work are children and free teaching. In normal schools students have a thight timetable. In this work it's not serious if a child doesn't learn in few days. Every children have their own special needs and sometimes it's difficult to adapt different methods to teach children. At the school it's learning ALL THE TIME. When the children go out they are learning to put the zipper closed and wear the woolly hat on. Dining is a lesson too! Then children are learning to hold a spoon in their hands and take food from the desk. The moving technology is difficult for teachers. They have to plan programs to ipads and computers. Schools have handmaids to help learning: computers, ipads, pictures, pcs-pictures (the picture communication symbols), palpation books, music, different sensory stimulation stuff (brushes..). Colours and lines are important to students. Every child has his or her own assistant in lessons.
