In Finland we use alot of technology in work. We have in
all jobs alot of computer based machines or programs to
help people.
SPECIFIC TIMETABLES
In Finland we have really specific timetables. Usually you
have to come to work in time. For example your working
time can be 8.00-16.00, and then it’s regular. Also you can
work longer and do overtime job and then you get more
money. You don’t have to worry about when go to work,
because it’s prescribed.
A GOOD ATMOSPHERE BETWEEN SUPERIOR AND EMPLOYEE
You can talk to your superior freely. Superiors listen to their employees and often
discuss things with them.
