Thursday evening: The big Goodbye-Party
In the afternoon, the exchange students went home with their hosts in the families. Some students
made Christmas cookies with their hosts and friends.
In the evening, we had prepared a surprise party for the exchange students. We had to say goodbye
to everyone, because some groups – like the Spanish – left very early the next morning.
Everyone had a great time at the party, but it was sad to say goodbye.
Friday:
The first group to leave Germany was the Spanish group. They left very early on Friday morning.
The next groups to leave were Norway and the two Finnish. The Lithuanian students could go home
with the hosts in the classes and travel home in the afternoon.
