Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a student of Pagegiai Algimantas Mackus gymnasium and I am 16 year old, I would like to apply for the
position of a babysitter that you have been advertising in “Klaipeda zinios” newspaper published on April
22nd.
I have spent a lot of time with children having looked after my family’s and neighbours’ children over the
years in the evenings and afternoons. I have been involved in doing activities with children such as drawing
and painting and have taken them to the park and for walks, cooked food for them and fed them.
I understand that the role of a babysitter is very important and that I need to be very responsible to do this
job well.
I am thorough and very careful with children, and I understand the dangers around children and what they
should and should not be doing. I am positive, honest, responsible and willing to commit for a long term
and start immediately as it is possible.
