Potato flatbread
2,5 dl mashed potatoes
0,5 tsp salt
1 egg
1 dl flour mix for rolls
1,5 – 2 dl barley flour
1. Preheat oven to 275°C
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon. The dough
has to be soft.
3. Place the dough on a baking paper and divide the dough into two
portions. Flatten both portions with floured hands into 0,5 cm
thick flat breads.
4. Stick the breads with a fork (all around) and bake in the oven for
15 – 18 minutes.
