Mustikkakukko, Blueberry pie
200 g butter
3/4 dl sugar
3 1/4dl rye flour
3/4 ts baking bowder
Filling:
8dl
frozen bluberries
1dl
sugar
1/2dl
potato flour
Serve with ice-cream
1. Whisk butter and sugar together.
2. Mix rye flour and baking bowder in another bowl.
3. Mix these ingredients and the pastry is ready.
4. Make the filling.
5. Take about 2/3 of the pastry and cover the inside of the dish with it. Add the filling. Cover the
dish with the rest of the pastry.
Bake the pie at 200 C about 30-40 minutes.
