The first week of May (4th- 9th) all our partner-schools involved in Future Me! from Finland
(Lumijoki and Kuopio), Lithuania and Germany visited us in Spain. We were looking forward to
seeing them here in Asturias and sharing some days and experiences together. Unfortunately
people from Norway couldn´t come because their plane was not able to take off. That was the
bad news this week, because otherwise it was really a good time that we all enjoyed together.
On the first day, people from Kuopio and Pagegiai come to our school, so we showed it and
them, our students and teachers went to Villaviciosa´s estuary and Rodiles beach, finishing the
morning
with
a
guided
tour
around
Villaviciosa.
In the afternoon we went for a walk in Gijón, to show our city to our European friends.
That night people from Neustadt arrived, so next morning we were all together in our school
and we could welcome them with some performances of our students.
After that we showed all the presentations about creativity.Then our mayor received us in the
town hall and exchanged presents with our visitors.To end the day, we had lunch and tried
Fabada, our tradicional dish in a restaurant.
