Get Creative! Sparkling Snow Dough! For this activity you need adult supervision, as it involves using the hobs! 1. Mix together 3 cups of water, 3 cups of flour, 1 1⁄2 cups of salt, 6tsp vegetable oil and 6tsp cream of tartar in a heavy saucepan. 2. Heat the sparkling snow dough over a medium heat, stirring it with a wooden spoon until it forms a ball. 3. Remove the snow dough from the saucepan and put it on your waxed paper. 4. Knead (push into the dough) the amount of glitter you would like to use. 5. The snow-dough can now be stored in your resealable plastic bag, and used to make all sorts of delightful igloos, snowmen and snowflakes!
