Molecular Architecture of Fungi
In this chapter we had learned about the method to isolate fungal organelles.
Generally there are three method of organelles isoation:
-Breakage of hyphae to release organelles
-Differential centrifugation
-Density centrifugation
We also learned about the composition and functions of fungal major organelles.
