administration
MABANAFT RECENTLY LAUNCHED NEW FUNCTIONALITY ON MABALIVE WHICH ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO ACCESS THEIR
TRADING ACCOUNT AND MANAGE DEAL ADMINISTRATION ONLINE WITH REAL-TIME REPORTING
T
he new system is receiving fantastic
reviews with customers saying that it is
easy to use, saves them time and is the
most advanced online system offered by fuel
wholesalers in the UK.
“I think Mabalive is the best system I’ve
seen,” said Stephen Anderson, managing
director of Oilfast.
“It’s great having visibility of my account
details such as order balances, remaining
orders and credit utilisation, and it really does
save time.”
Mabalive’s unique, end-to-end online
service is transforming deal administration.
Customers can view live prices, place their
order and then track deals from lifting at the
terminal right through to final invoicing.
Key information and headline reports
are presented in a dashboard, providing a
comprehensive overview of their account.
If they want to drill down, more detailed
reporting is available including purchased
orders, daily movements, remaining balances
to lift, expiration dates of terminal releases
and current credit utilisation.
There is also a comprehensive invoice
history showing past and current invoices, and
all key reports can be copied and downloaded
either in CSV or PDF format.
“I find Mabalive really helpful as it gives
me instant access to the accurate, detailed
information which makes it easier and
quicker for me to do my job,” said Gosia Janik
Nasadowsk, a stock accountant at Certas
Energy.
“Online deal administration with real-
time reporting saves so much time and allows
customers to plan more effectively and
improve efficiency within their business,” said
commercial director, Martin Cook.

“This level of transparency also helps reduce
potential errors and moves us toward 100%
accuracy throughout the deal lifecycle. Our
aim was to transform deal administration;
judging by the positive customer feedback we
are receiving we are achieving just that.”

South east commitment at Valero
Sixteen Valero-branded tankers are now supplying fuel to customers across the South of England
IN FEBRUARY VALERO-BRANDED TANKERS STARTED LIFTING PRODUCT FROM NUSTAR’S THAMES TERMINAL, AS THE LONG-
TERM AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TWO COMPANIES, ANNOUNCED IN DECEMBER 2017, CAME INTO EFFECT.
T
exaco-branded retailers in the South East are now benefitting from an enhanced supply position, as Valero manages the sourcing of its own
product to be supplied to customers via the NuStar terminal.
Sixteen tankers are based at the terminal, delivering fuel across an area ranging from Berkshire in the west to Suffolk in the east.
“It’s great that the agreement with NuStar is now up and running and Valero’s tankers are now lifting and delivering product from NuStar Thames,
said Andrew Cox, Valero’s director sales and marketing.
“This agreement reinforces Valero’s strong offering in the region and demonstrates our long-term commitment. Our supply capability in the South
East is a key focus area for Valero and this new supply position will benefit both current and future retailers.”
