In business for 25 years, GREENERGY is the
largest of the independent wholesalers and
the UK’s only national fuel supplier. With more
than 25 supply locations, including nine owned
or stock-managed terminals on the Thames,
Teesside, Clydebank, Cardiff and Plymouth,

This month sees the opening of Thames
Oilport as a distribution terminal.
“Thames Oilport gives us additional capacity
in the busy south east region and the ability to
meet growing customer demand,” explained
chief executive Andrew Owens.
“Initially we will be supplying diesel and
heating oil from Thames Oilport, with petrol
blending and supply to follow in the next phase of
the terminal’s development.”
The Greenergy Flexigrid fleet delivers fuel to
Greenergy customers nationally and also operates
as a third party haulage provider for other oil

Established over 33 years ago, INVER ENERGY is an independent fuel importer based in
the UK and Ireland. Operating out of two large oil import terminals in Foynes and Cardiff,
Inver offers distributor customers the option of ex-rack or delivered fuel.
We supply a wide range of fuels to industrial, commercial, forecourt, aviation and marine
customers throughout southern England, Wales and Ireland, ensuring that products are
delivered to customers at the best price and the right time. Our sales teams in Cardiff and Cork
provide a dedicated and friendly service.
“A popular choice in the agricultural sector has been a fixed price contract ready for the
harvest,” said Tony Wilson, Cardiff’s commercial director.
“This eliminated the risk of volatile oil prices and allowed customers to forecast their
spending more accurately. We will continue to offer this type of contract to support our
customers.”
By developing long-term relationships with customers and listening to their needs,
Inver offers a variety of pricing options to give them a competitive edge. The company’s
experienced staff offer advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions that
benefit their businesses.
