What advice would you give to coaches starting on their coaching journey?

Choose a new journey...ha ha...Never stop learning, in every situation positive or negative there is an opportunity to learn.

What is your coaching philosophy and how did you create it?

Every individual (every player has slightly different needs) has potential that needs help to be unlocked, but he has to be the person to unlock the door. Coaches are facilitators nothing more. Your playing style complexity should be defined by the players at your disposal but you need the ball to score, they can't score without the ball and time and space created and utilized at the right moment in the most dangerous areas of the field result in the most pressure on the opponent. Pressure over long enough enough periods, if done with the correct mental anxiety control, will lead to successful results.

I believe in processes, ticking boxes. If a player, group or team can tick enough boxes constantly they will be successful. Processes also create a sense of routine, routine in turn creates comfort for the player which in high pressure situations allow for a great chance of success.

Asses all the players strengths and weaknesses, group players of similar ability together or of complementary areas of ability and look to maximize all the players through that process.

NEVER STOP LEARNING.
