1. Is BYOB allowable?
Yes. You can place wine bottles on the tables, request a serving area, or you can request the caterer
provide bar service.

2. Does Hidden View Farm have on-site parking?
Yes. We have a separate field for parking accommodating 125-150 vehicles.
3. Does Hidden View Farm have any restrictions on vendors?
Yes. We have preferred vendors (for catering and tents/rentals) who understand and respect our
property as well as understand and respect our values. In particular we offer only “farm-to-table”
events on our property — celebrating nature, fresh food, and Maryland agriculture. You are welcomed
to work with the vendors directly or (for a 10% service fee) we can make all the arrangements on your
behalf and act as your intermediary.!

4. Are there insurance requirements?
As a private property, we require day-of event insurance. This insurance can be obtained through any
vendor. John Allen Assoc has worked with our property in the past and would be happy to
accommodate you: 410-280-0361. Cost is approximately $150.00

5. Is the property accessible for wheelchairs?
The property is predominantly outdoor gardens. All outdoor venues include gravel drives and grass.
Electric chairs and scooters typically can navigate the grass. We have a 4 person golf cart available if
you need a driver to accommodate one of your guests by driving them from parking to the event
venue. The Pond Terrace has flagstone steps, an iron bridge with steps — it is not fully accessible.!
