Hidden View Farm is a 100 acre woodland and garden estate with multiple venues available to rent. This
is a strictly private property — meaning that your event is unique and you will not be sharing your special
day with the general public. It is our policy to abstain from booking back-to-back events. Therefore you
have the benefit of enjoying your event at a leisurely pace without another wedding party queued up. Our
guests receive highly personalized service and the full staff working the property makes every effort for
your special day to be unique and memorable.!

PRICING!
Note: These are standard prices, however, your event will have specific and unique requirements and we
would be happy to bundle multiple venues or multiple events into a package pricing. Catering, tents, etc
are priced separately with the vendors (see #3, above). Ask us about Naval Academy packages.!

• 1 night in 1 apartment (1 bedroom) in the guest condo’s (private entrance) located at our Pond Terrace.!
• Driveway traffic management (driveway is 1 lane with traffic management at the beginning and ending
of the drive). Parking management (valet parking can be arranged).!
• Each venue has a contiguous part of the property included for free. So consider having multiple outdoor
“rooms” for your event rather than being confined to one room or tent. For example, Pond Terrace
includes gardens at the front of the Manor House and the front garden trail. !
• Restroom trailer with 2 stalls.!
• 2 hours on property for a photo session (by appointment)!
