dominance at the hands of Marc
Márquez, many expected 2015
to be another Márquez cakewalk.
Their lack of speed has raised
many questions. The Honda was
considered the best bike in the

only 13 points adrift at the halfway
stage and we have all seen the
devastating effects of Jorge Lorenzo
on a roll! Take the second half of
the 2013 season for example. Jorge
has already won four races on the
bounce this year to bring himself
back into championship contention.
Valentino will be keeping one eye
on Jorge and another on Marc
Márquez, who’s finding his form
again following a switch back to
the 2014 Honda chassis. With the
points deficit, I think a championship
challenge is possibly a leap too far
for Marc though, when up against
the strength and consistency of the
Yamaha pairing.
