Bike Park Wales is open seven days
a week from 9am to 6pm in the
summer and till 5pm in the Winter.
Thursday night’s see the park open
till 9pm in the Summer.
Uplifts run from 9am to 4pm and can
be booked online. If you don’t want
an uplift, you can pay for parking and
ride up till your legs give in.
The Bike Park is located near Merthyr
Tydfil in South Wales, approximately
three hours from London and two
hours from Birmingham.

There’s plenty of accommodation,
places to eat and other places to ride
in the local area. Bike Park Wales has
a list of local places to stay on their
site, with plenty within half a mile of
the Park.
If you’re looking to make a weekend
of it, Pedalabikeaway, Cwm Carn and
Black Mountains Cycle Centre all
offer uplifts and are within an hour’s
drive of Bike Park Wales. t
